Visited Hotel Jakobwirt for the first time after renovation. We were passing through and stayed here for two nights. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are amazing and equipped with all comforts. The sauna, steam bath, and pool are wonderful for relaxing, and everything is very clean (bathrobes, slippers, and towels provided). Breakfast was sublime, with a very friendly and attentive lady welcoming guests in the breakfast area. On Saturday there was a DJ with a young lady playing the saxophone, combined with a cocktail evening. This gave a modern twist, especially since there were also quite a few older guests. The only minor criticism is that it was very warm throughout the hotel, but I understand they are looking for a solution. We will definitely return.
Our stay at Hotel Jakobwirt was truly fantastic. From the very first moment, we felt extremely welcome thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere in the hotel is warm and authentic, with a beautiful combination of traditional Tyrolean style and modern comfort. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, with stunning views of the mountains and village. Every morning we enjoyed an extensive breakfast buffet with fresh products – the perfect start to a day in the mountains. Dinner was also a culinary delight, carefully prepared with an excellent selection of wines. The hotel’s location is ideal: in the charming center of Westendorf, within walking distance of the ski lifts and hiking trails. After an active day, we could relax in the pool and wellness area – a real luxury. What made our stay extra special was the personal approach of the team. Beautiful hotel! The service was friendly and extremely helpful. The food and drinks were amazing, and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel! The location was perfect as well – from the hotel, you can easily start one of the many beautiful hikes in the area.
It was a beautiful hotel. Luxurious yet still retaining the style of the previous years when it wasn’t a hotel. We were warmly welcomed at first, then shown to our tables. The food was delicious and the service was good! When we got to our room, it seemed a bit small at first sight. But we had a great time there! We slept well and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel.
