A peaceful stay near the centre of Gerlos
Residence Zillertal is set in a quiet location on the edge of Gerlos, a short distance from the village centre. This means you enjoy more peace and privacy, while shops, restaurants and the ski lifts remain easily accessible.
In winter, Residence Zillertal is an excellent base for a winter sports holiday in the Zillertal Arena. The Dorfbahn Gerlos takes you quickly to the extensive ski area with hundreds of kilometres of slopes. In summer, from your apartment you can discover the many hiking and cycling routes that run through the mountains around Gerlos.
Thanks to the combination of a quiet location, modern apartments and the proximity of all amenities, Residence Zillertal offers the best of both worlds.
The Zillertal Arena within easy reach
From Residence Zillertal you can easily discover everything Gerlos and the Zillertal Arena have to offer. A short distance from the apartment you will find shops, restaurants and the Dorfbahn Gerlos, which in winter gives you access to one of the largest ski areas in Austria.
In summer, too, Residence Zillertal is an ideal base. With the Isskogelbahn, hiking trails and mountain bike paths in the immediate vicinity, the mountains are literally at your feet. After an active day, you return to the peace of your apartment and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere that makes Residence Zillertal so popular.
Lovely apartment. Spacious and equipped with all conveniences. Comfortable beds. You can use a shared washing machine and dryer. Friendly and easily reachable landlord.A 5-minute walk takes you to the Gerlos Adventure Park with nice hiking trails, playground, climbing forest, etc. A few minutes’ drive and you are in lively Gerlos. In the summer, you receive a summer card that allows free use of the Isskogelbahn and the Königsleitenbahn. Both highly recommended. There is a lot to see and do, especially with children. We also got a 3-day Zillertal Card to go with our three kids on the Spieljochbahn, Rosenalmbahn (to Fichtenschloss and Fichtensee), and the Ahornbahn.
Very large apartment. Spacious and well-maintained. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, even a gourmet set. There are also games and books in the apartment. Everything is clean and well-maintained. This apartment has space for 5 people in two bedrooms. There is a large terrace, a private parking space, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a separate shower cabin, and a toilet. Additionally, there is a separate toilet. The kitchen has a dining table with a bench and chairs, and the living area has a widescreen TV. There is also a TV in the master bedroom. The TV is connected to a satellite receiver and a DVD player.The surroundings (in summer) are quiet and beautiful. Easily accessible by car. The reception is unmanned, but contact details are available.
Apartment no. 17. Nice and spacious. Beds are perhaps a bit firm. Very friendly welcome. The location is also great, we had a fantastic week of winter sports! We accidentally took a key home with us, sent it back by post, and the reception handled it very well.
We spent two weeks at the "Residence Zillertal". Everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The price is more than reasonable. It is a great location for many excursions. I am especially impressed by the incredibly friendly service of Abi, who not only welcomes you warmly but also always has great tips for excursions, a kind word ready, and finds a solution for every problem. We will gladly return!
